STATEMENT
My street photography was sparked by the work of other street photographers and artists; and by a fascination with photography’s sometimes contradictory but intriguing nature — simple yet complex, instant yet enduring — and what it might do for me or reveal about me, in both the act of photographing and the result. Each frame is a double exposure of the world and the photographer’s unseen private life. Or to paraphrase the photographer Sam Abell, you meet the world halfway.
